Gt engine conversion

I have just done an engine conversion on my mk1 golf 1.1c to a polo gt 1.3 multi point injection
it al works apart from the coolant and fuel gauge don't work

first what colour is the coolant sensor wire on the 1.1 loom
And what sensor dose that wire go on the black

its yellow/red for coolant, goes to the black sensor on the gt engine. its probably a 2 pin plug, the 2nd pin just needs to be earthed somewhere

fuel gauge is purple/black, did you fit the GT lift pump?
