Fuel pump relay

hey can anyone give me a hand, what voltage should I get at pin 1 (31b) on my fuel pump relay.
I get 12v at 30, 15 and 1, Earth is fine, pump feed is fine,
pump will fire and engine will run with a standard 4 pin relay but nothing otherwise

Thank could i have a dodge coil then ?? Ive got 3 relays and none of the work im not sure is all 3 have had it, or its something else, where should i start 

does your rev counter work ok when the relay is bridged? if not thats why. if it does check the wiring from coil & clocks to fusebox, make sure they're wired in as per factory and fusebox has not been bypassed

Just check rev counter and its not working when bridged whats the next step sorry this has got me stumped haha

first thing is check the red/black wire to the coil -ve, make sure its clean etc. check the fusebox pin is good as well, what fusebox is it early ceramic or later blade?

Thanks just checked wire to coil and pin d26 all fine. Later blade type, tried wiring the relay in separately still nothing 

maybe look at the dash wiring and clocks, in case revo wire has shorted to earth?

Thank Im looking at some clocks on ebay mine  aren't  the best and ill take it from there thanks for the help so far 

if you suspect the clocks unplug them and see if that sorts it, if not then wiring somewhere or the fusebox itself
