electical infidelity

hi all complete newbie , just wondering if anyone can shed any light on any reputable electricians to help me out
my indicators are non existent but hazard lights work fine , the light on the dash stays a dim green then when indicators are used the light gets brighter always on a solid light but flashes as it should when hazards are used,  theres power to the stereo but not able to tune in or play cds ??
any help or recomendations would be greatly received thanks jack 

check fuse 19, and the black/blue spade wire is plugged itno the back of the hazard switch pin 15

for stereo look at how its wired, vw dont usually  have an accessory live so you need to put both the stereo yellow and red to the vw red wire. or it may have been tapped into the indicator ignition feed and fuse has popped/spade been yanked out.
