Wolfsburg steering wheel

Hi all,
I've agreed to buying a wolfsburg three spoke steering wheel at an ok price(140 euros) I'm wondering is there anything to watch out for that goes wrong that I should be aware of with those wheels?

I'd check to make sure the horn push is genuine for that money, and the copper ring around it for the horn itself is in one piece and there's a bit for the wire to clip on to 

And of course the general condition of the metal itself, not pitted too bad etc. 

Make sure all the taps are on the horn.
Is the steering wheel leather or the rubberised plastic?*
