Side trims

Hi all any chance you can help me I've recently purchased a new side trim for the passenger side of my Rivage but when it arrived it didn't fit on because it was the same as the drivers side so I've contacted the bloke I purchase it from and he says that the larger bit of the rubber sits on the bottom but on mine it sits on the top so I'm now confused have I got my trims on the wrong way or has he sent me the wrong trim help please ???

Yea thicker bit is on the bottom on mine..

Cheers mate looks like the bloke who had the car before put the trims on the wrong way lol 

Thick at the bottom, I just putine back on today.
