Rear Chassis Repair panel.

Can you buy the repair panel section where the rear axle mounts, where it mounts is not rotten but there is a small amount of rot on the vertical section, I looked on VW heritage but in the picture it doesnt show the mounting bolts for the axle just wondering are they on it?

yes you can get this part, the axle studs are actually underneath this on a stron box section inside the rail. the outer panel section has 2 holes in it that the studs poke thru.  

but if rot is only on the upper section just chop it out and plate over it with some generic flat steel
