Where to get one as I've just been refunded by vw classic as they don't have them in stock. Don't want to pay eBay prices. Thanks

Found 1 but still silly money for such a flimsy bit of plastic….
Brand new from a VW dealer they used to be £15 but that was a few years ago.
Not sure the panel has the clear plastic panel over the chassis number?

I got a brand new replacement scuttle panel for my Mk1 Scirocco which is much thicker plastic from the Netherlands for £40 as they are no longer available and someone reproduced them..

Surly someone must be making repo ones at a reasonable price?

I was about to recommend www.werk34.de but I see in your last post your second link is the same. 👍🏼

All the repro's I've seen are all flimsy plastic and most likely from the same factory but oh boy does the prices vary.

Personally I'd like to see a law put in place for parts that must state exactly where the part was manufactured because in this case I'd bet a tenner there all coming from the same one! 🤔

Werk34.de are a good supplier of Mk1 parts and many other models and they do post to the UK 🇬🇧 😉👍🏼
