Mk1 series1 dash speaker removal

Can anyone tell me how to access the dash speaker on a series1 ? I assume the grill must come off but don't want to bust it

Yes the grille comes off, it has 4 little clips on it.
You have to be careful not to snap the clips off though.
Might be easier to remove it by pushing it off from behind, put your arm up from underneath if you can access it.

Thanks Andrew I'll try it that way I think as I should be able to feel the clips from behind
