Leaking through the rear window

Anywho theres also water coming in from the seals around the rear window, is this normal? I haven't looked into it too much yet I was just wondering if this sort of thing is common? and potentially any quick fixes anyone has up their sleeves?

Thanks guys i shall look into it when i have a free moment, i have a suspiscion it was rustong when i looked the other day so i will have a closer look

i gave it a rub down and a dam good coat of paint to make sure it won't rust away again.
