door adjustment!

I am having trouble with water comeing in through the drivers door, the seal is needing sorted out but I noticed the drivers door isn't sitting as high as the passenger door!! ( gap at the top of the seal! any way to ajjust this? thanks

If you could post some pics of the dropped door it would help to see what is needed.

water is getting in through here mate , the seal is okay but the whole door is lower than the passenger side! would bending the hinges work do you think? cheers
