Clipper "outer" bumper

Hi folks, looking for a bit of advice before I strip down the front end of my cabby…

The metal bar behind the clipper front bumper has rust which I'm wanting to tackle but can the outer (clipper kit) bumper be removed on it's own or do I remove the entire bumper then somehow split the clipper kit from whatever this rusty inner bumper bar is?

Is the inner bar just a standard small bumper - if so does the clipper kit easily detach and reattach to it?

Hi mate i took my bumper off last week and my bumper irons were rusty. To take the clipper kit off there is clips inside the bumper irons. They are a nightmare to take out, so if you manage to get them out can you let me know how you did it, coz i wasn't  able to do mine.
