Mk1 20vT boost pipe and gear linkages

Hey guys been on here a little while now hiding in the dark. Basically I bought a mk1 jetta with a half finished 20vT swap. It's coming near the end of completion now just sorting the niggly bits out. 
First problem is boost pipe? Where have you guys routed it? Where it comes out the turbo it seems to be a little short on space with then intake there and my brake servo? 

Second is my gear linkage it uses a hydro set up but the gear linkage cables seem to sit against the turbo… It's a k04 turbo. does anyone else have this problem? Or is there another route ?
