CAD file or scan of 1.5L inlet manifold flange

Settling In
This may seem a bit strange, but does anyone have a cad file of the inlet manifold flange for the 1.5L inlet manifold?
Or can anyone trow a flange in the scanner and post the picture in correct size?
I am thinking of having the flange water jet cut in aluminium.
