the annual cornwall vw owners club show

the mk1 golf owners club truly represented in force today at the cornwall vw owners club at stithians showground….. a very respectable 11 cars in the line up with more mk1's also in the show and shine (but not 100% sure they were mk1 club members!)

got to say a big thanks to the organizers  of the show for allowing us to have our own club spot!







just a shame the sun didn't really have his hat on today but still a cool day out and awesome to see so many mk1's even interviewed borednow on BBC radio cornwall (I got out of that one…. hehehee!)

hope to have the same level of attendance at the totally vag show next month at royal cornwall showground!

P.S. could really use a couple of mk1 golf owners club flags to help promote the club a little better !

thanks for coming to the show the display looked fab! nice to meet you, even if it was brief as I was in usual headless chicken show mode.
Hope you all braved the weather and kept warm. Would be nice if you could all camp next year and have a club pitch? look forward to meeting you all again soon and hopefully we'll have our girl on the road soon!
