yeah the great ormes nice warren some nice backdrops for the cars. nice beach behind it too (west shore) might be a good shout. cool one way road that runs around the mountain too proper monaco style road   great at night time!

Lets meet in Wrexham and head to the orme!!? 8)

GTIMAD are you up for driving to wrexham first and then coming back to the orme or do you want to just go straight to the orme? weighing up the twin carb fuel costs lol! is good driving in a line of mk1 golfs tho!

I went to the Great Orme a few years ago, isn't there a nice peice of dual carraige-way on the way to is as well?

tell you what actually guys do you want me to meet you in wrexham and ill lead you there cos the road onto the orme is quite hidden

You coming down to Wrexham first? you could check with  Dave_Dub what route he's taking us all and catch up enroute  :wink: .

Just seen a clip of The Great Orme on UKTv History channels rerun of the series Coast, looks  very scenic  :mrgreen:

lol i dont know what route you want to take from wrexham if you want to go a55 or something different but i can lead the way from around my area (rhyl onwards lol) not very good with directions only just manage to get to wrexham!

Where and when in Rhyl are you meeting?  I know the way and I'm 100% welsh so can help you with the language problems too!

By the way, hope you all realise you have to pay to drive the whole way around the Orme - cheek or what!

might be able to get away with not paying as its off season! if were goin on the a55 we can meet you at st asaph petrol station or abergele mcdonalds?

A55 and Rhyl are in the opposite direction aren't they? The meeting place is in Wrexham isn't it?
