What gearbox oil 1983 Golf 1,6?

I am going to change the gearbox oil on my 83 Golf 1,6. 4 speed manual.
Engine code: EM

Do not know the gearbox code…

What type of oil (specifications)  should i use?

75/90 is the usual 'standard' grade. Can't see yours being much different.
