Mk1 golf brake problem

I've been trying to fit early mk1 caliper carriers to my 1990 caddy, while they fit fine the bolts in the caliper slide are too small

I have the early carriers and the later calipers that have a bolt and tube in

Any idea where to get the correct larger bolts or how else to fit?
