Great stuff!!!  Chelle we meet at the Toby Carvery near junction 15 of the M1 and drive 30mins or so to Milton Keynes.  I will be at the Toby for 7pm if you want to meet there or we all arrive at IKEA at around 7.30pm onwards if you run late.

My missus will be going as she wants to look rouns IKEA at this one and Lessy-jim is a lady… so you won't be the only girl there  :wink:

This is just under two weeks away now so get your name on the list!!  Names to be drawn at this meet ready for presents to be given out in December (bring a remote control car day) :wink:

unfortunately im in a mk3 to!! i sold my mk1 cab beginning of summer - bad times - she got broken in to and abused unfortunately couldn't afford to get her up and running again, as i needed a runner for work boooooooooooo

but fingers crossed i may have another in the pipeline!

im quite excited - expecially bout the remote car bit!!

Yeah my number is still the same.  Me and my lady will be in a green (or mostly rust covered lol) mk1 tintop with no bumpers. I'll introduce you the the other peeps when we arrive in MK  :wink:

Secret Santa - I will get the list finalised before the November meet, I'll print off the names and bung them in a hat… then I'll make everyone on the list pick one.  You then have until the December meet to get a present for them for £5 or just under…. we swap presents at the December meet!!  Hopefully we'll have a few Radio Controlled cars to look at/be a kid again with  :mrgreen: …. graydog may even be chucking out some tunes from his RC camper van  :dontknow:

I done the rear anti roll bar brackets on the golf last weekend….. my god they're seriously difficult!!!!

i can imagine the difficulty you had spud...fur in your eyes, teenyweeny fingers lacking that several inches of reach, bolts lost in your fur....least you would fit in all the wee spaces in the car though.
