Bad news - i wont be able to make this meet nor agm got job offer today and I can't decline it, unfortunately its weekends and nights - I'm gutted im not going to be able to go - but im sure you all will have an amazing time!! X

Are we doing the usual…. buy bits and just throw them on?  I might get some chilli sausages from our butcher and bring those with us  :mrgreen:

No doubt Funk will have some face exploding onions/chicken wings/pigs ear or summit… the chilli junkie!!

As many gazebos as we can big fella as Friday night and some of Saturday looks showery…. Without gazebos we will be playing musical tents  :cry: …. Sadly I haven't got one to bring so if anyone has one it will be great to have us all under a few of their roofs like last year

Yes, there will be 2 event shelters. you bringing the gizbo to cook under?
