Calling Essex Folk

Saturday the 13th would be easier for me.Ill try and go to the white hart wendsday lunch time and have a chat with the manager, just to make sure its ok, before we make any firm comitments.
would it be an idea to perhaps book the meet about six weeks in advance (middle of june?)to give everybody a little time to sort out work commitments, etc?

Sat 20th is cool for me too! Poor mk1 not running to well at the moment though, but I'm sure she'll manage it there and back, engine still works, but doesn't sound too great at the moment  :?

Just spoken to the landlord,he said theres no problem having the meeting at the pub.Ive just got to go in and tell him the date and time of the meet once weve worked it out.
I said there should be a maximum of about ten cars? does this sound about right?

Just need a time, late afternoon/eve sound ok?  Should be light till at least 8.30 - 9.00.  Whats best for you?

Well folks I reckon we can pencil the 20th in. If we make it earlier rather than later so boogaloo can come out to play, say 3pm.

Boogaloo, if you wouldn'y mind doing the honours, I would say to him to expect 10, but i'm sure it wouldn't be a problem if it was a couple either way.
If we're all agreed? any other points?
I'll start a SXM1 thread sometime over the next couple of days with comfirmation of time and location (when confirmed) and map/direections for those coming from further afield.
