Where to sell my beloved MK1 VW Golf Rivage

Hi All,

I am looking for advice on where to post an advert to sell my beloved VW Golf Rivage.

I have spent a lot over the last few years bring it back to life and I believe it deserves someone that will take it through the final upgrades to get it back to its peak.

It has done 98k miles and engine is in cracking shape. I am looking for an enthusiast that loves these cars as much as me.

Any advice gratefully received.

Pistonheads is a good place to advertise it too. The most popular place would be ebay and is where you would get the most attention, but as we all know, half of the people on there are dreamers so you would have to be careful.

If using ebay, do it as a classified add with best offer, not an auction. That way you'll only get serious people coming to see it (plus a few low-ball offers!) but better than some spotty teenager bidding on your car with no intention of buying it
