1 Owner 1.6D 4+E Slammed and GTI spec

Looking through an original brochure it turns out the truck is actually Cherry red not Gambia red. Cherry red was a special order colour and is a very rare option for the Caddy which is why i can't find any paint for it.

Installed the sound system today. Now running a 800 watt sub with 2X600 and 2X500 watt speakers run by a 4400 watt amp. Controlled by a DAB bluetooth handsfree headunit.

What's with the AA badges?
Reminds me of old folks with driving gloves, flat caps and a pipe driving a Vauxhall Viva (the old model) ….

Yes suprised nobody thought of it before. Wasn't that difficult, just trimmed the old holes for dials out and mounted the 8" sub on some mdf faceplate, then carpeted it and sealed it with sealant. Sounds epic as well considering i made it  :lol:  :lol:
