Scottyyy's Mk1 20vT Project

Very first post only signed up the other week, Hello everyone and Great site!

I brought a Mk1 golf with a 1.8T 20v in it but the engine is comming out along with all the interior as im having the shell sprayed inside out.
The engine is out the mk4 (AGU)

I need help for when rebuilding it and putting it back on the road.

First Major question is
i need heaters, There is nothing inside or in the engine bay, so ill need a whole heater set up (keeping the mk1 dash in)
Can anyone list the components i need and where can i get these from?

Second question is
The exhaust is just a straight pipe and far too loud,
i just want a decat, but silenced aswell. The exhaust on the car now is a bodge job just a straight through from the engine (looks like a scaffold pipe and its bent underneath the rear axle.
What exhaust is best to go for and whats size would i have to go for to join the manifold?

Where are you based mate? Got a whole heater box with cables, heat exchanger, motor etc you can pretty much have if your anywhere near cambs! As long as you still have the hole in the scuttle(its not been welded over!?)

Its getting in the way now.
