Personally I'd think twice about changing the colour unless your going to MOD it left, right and center.

If you keep it original, that should include the colour but by changing it you devalue the car dramatically.
Maybe by as much as a third but that's my opinion!

Take a look at arf333 silver one, it's a cracker mate!  

What ever you do, just make sure you enjoy it as we all do!  

yes I didn't quite follow the "restore back to original state"…. and then change the colour. But each to his own.

Cheers for the interest & replies guys! does anybody know if they'd have been the original wheels and if not, where would i find the original style wheels to buy. Also, would series 2 panels fit this or would they have to be series 1?

Epic! Looks beautiful mate. Think i'm gonna leave it silver now upon reflection. Keep it completely original!
