Unmolested 1988 GTI cabby

Was pleased to find this little beauty.  Apart from the stainless steel exhaust,  it's totally unmolested and original.   Difficult to find one without aftermarket wheels etc so I was well chuffed.

Very nice looking that one!  

Are you planning to paint the wheels back to alpine white?  

They are in near mint condition so not going to touch them at the moment.  They look quite nice as they are and set it off nicely.

Looks tidy Simon..  A good find mate.

Just need a bit of summer to get they top down…!

What's the interior like?

Door cards are mint and untouched.  A bit of wear along the top of the back seat but nothing drastic.   Driver seat also good.  I'm going to put some seat covers on to ease the wear.  The original parcel shelf has been taken out and replaced with a shelf with speakers in but I've got the original one and it's mint as well.  The dash top vents have popped up as usual but that can be sorted.  Generally, it's a 9 out of 10
