Nice work bud. 😬😬 nothing worse than drilling into fresh paint!!

I think I kept that part quite, I've had the engine a couple of years but gone back and forward over if to use it.
Sound is the massive plus point but I did want more power so got thinking r32 turbo 😬

Have you bought a eurowise kit for installation?

That will be awesome mate! You going to turbo it straight away? I thought you were going 1.8t for some reason?

Nah tbh I've shells had far too much love put into it I don't think I'll ever drive it hard so just going for r32 stock.
With regards to kit I've not bought one yet, I'm think epytec kit off mark Carter. They got some negativity for engine not sitting level but he's had a guy buy recently who says it's ok now.

Look awesome mate. Big task but we'll worth doing, especially with the outlay of the diff. Doing it right first time 👍

I didn't fit a lsd in money version 1 built with 20vt and it dragged all over so wanted to invest in one.
My mate owns money put version 1 and says they're not that great with diffs, depends on road surface and tram lines.
Location, between Doncaster and Lincoln's

aah that's interesting, I'll be building my gearbox over winter and just assumed it was a must for bigger power builds. May try it without to start with as there a lot of cash.mk1 daz said

I only ask as it will be cool to see it once it's done. And not too far away from me, assuming you'll take it some local shows…

Hell, as if resto isn't a big enough job without converting lhd to rhd! Must have missed that previously. Did you not get a good mock up before paint?mk1 daz said
I pretty decent step forward imo. Making this shell right hand drive from left hand drive has been tasking. This is the 4th mock-up of the peddle box fitment. It's close but as per photo 2 l've just a little more room to make for the u so it's all to come back off but getting there now.
Nice work though, looks like it's nearly there 👌

Yeah I'd definitely fit one it's just they do have negative, he said it's awful on inside lane on motorway for tramlining but I'd still do it.
What power you aiming for?

I did a loose muck up with the peddle box so it was nearly there, I'm just been a bit ocd about how it fits.

Well the motor set up I've got was from a bloke on here years ago called Mike Turbo iirc. I think it was between 280-300hp but I can't honestly remember. Either way, enough to warrant a lsd.
There are too many online users to list.
