i've read a few people claim that the acid dip stays in the seams and bleads out over time spoiling the finish/paint are there any signs of this on yours?
My cars been on jig for a few months nothing leeked. It's been approx 2 years since the dip, no problems at all. I think the problem is people don't go for the whole process and just have cars acid dip and then taken away…causing problems.

This is a amazing thread. I just love white swallowtails
You've put soooo much work into the shell, it would be a shame if you need to sell it.
IMO you've done all the hard work, dropping in an engine, 'box and a bit of wiring is the easy bit!!

i know mate, everything is ready but the next stage after paint, is a few months of repetitive waxoyling the life out of it….see what happens
