A quick couple of questions:-

What acid are you (or the place that's doing it for you) dipping the bits in?

Did you have to protect the inside of the calipers when they where zinc coated?

A2. - yes, i used metal tape, the company i used provided it for me.

taking cars apart is the easy bit, putting it back together and getting it running will be the challenge
