please don't use wing nuts to clamp the battery terminals. I know you will replace them with something suitable soon.

Wasn't planning to. What's the objection to them?

hateful things, more so on terminals when you want a good secure connection.

Got them from eBay mate. They're Aerocatch ones which is what I would advise getting as there are lots of fakes out there. Cost me £50 I think from memory.

Not the easiest thing to fit in the sense that you only get one shot at it. Take your time measuring, checking and double checking where you want them and all will be well.

Mine are the flush fit ones mate for info. :)http://www.aerocatch.com/aerocatch/plus-flush-120-series/120-2100

All electrical cable came from http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/home/homepage.php who I believe now offer a discount to paid members of the forum :)

As for the Megafuse holder and fuses themselves they were from eBay.

Most expensive bit was the cabling  :P

Few things done today.

Finally got my ali tip fitted. A fine piece of work Brad.

Have relocated my washer bottle to the boot as well so come pay day I will be buying the hose to run to it :)

Have got a smaller steering wheel now but I am not sure I like it. Spent a bit of time tarting it up. Comments welcome.

More soon

Most people in the good old days would use 'Brylcreem' or 'Gel' now a days but oh no, 'Brake fluid' with a hint of or essence of 'BRAKE FLUID!

Took a bit of persuading mate to get it in but its in now. Had it all painted up beautifully until the brake fluid leak which stripped most of it off :(

Wolfsburg one was too big for my liking mate so got hold of this one for next to nothing. I'm not a massive fan either bit it'll do for now
