Been a long day, most of it spend starting loom work but i did fit some other bits
Stainless boot lifter bolts
New boot cards
Fitted new foam seal on heater box
Stainless bolts on heater and basket
Number plate lights
Scuttle tray
Fuel cap decal
Pedal rubbers
Door lock pin surrounds

So…loom
Chopped some up
Took off some tape
Chopped some more out
Made a new headlight loom
And got started on the engine loom

Not a great deal done today, built a complete new rear light loom, built the fuel pump looms in and windscreen washer pipe as i'll be using rear bottle for front screen
Two looms made in to one
Looms for pumps, washer pipe and earths run to the front for better grounding point and lots more tesa tape
Also bought this to salvage some parts from

When I scrolled down the pictures and saw the gold Golf Mk1 was thinking that looks to good to break then scrolled down a bit further then saw the front end See why it's being broken for parts now…

yea when i built it all them years ago the deal was when he sold it i'd buy it but that happened so had to buy my own and start again
