My new project - Mk1 Cabriolet

Hi everyone,

I have just posted in the newbie section but thought I would post my little project here too

It is a 1992 K reg MK1 Cabriolet 1.8 (originally thought she was a 1.6!)

I spotted it in a garden not far from where I live and convinced the owner to sell it to me.

So far..the brakes have been bled and the brake pads etc all replaced. New battery ordered, CV boot, handbrake cable has snapped but I have the part on order. All filters and oil changed, fuel lines are in the process of being replaced. New clocks ordered as the speedo needle has snapped and only the rev counter works, lights wired back up.

I am currently on the lookout for new wheels and can't wait to get it on the road!!!
