The last photo is how it is now, unfortunatatly the damage done buy the original company who cannot be named has taken its toll. And the car will be off soon for a new heart.

We have a name for your "new workshop". In Australia we call it "Footpath Motors"

Many a fine mechanic spent his "apprenticeship" at such an establishment.

Keep up the good work!

cheers bud but footpath motors is closing, the engine is on its last legs and i dont really want to pull it and put more cash in to it, hesitation under load, and it feels like its lost quite a bit of power on the top end. when idling it sounds like a diesel so it would be a head off jobbiy new springs and guides and a new cam chain. etc. hopefully the cars going to my mate who owns a motorsport garage to get a new motor and wiring. its either this for a drop a match in the fuel tank

Stick with it bud, we've all had low points like that on a project but it'll get better.

so the car didnt get finished this year. after finding some rot on the inner sill near the fuse box. took the decision to strip all the electrics and re-loom all the lighting circuit and make it a lot neater then what it was, inside is now going to get a lick of paint and is booked in for the shell to be painted at easter.

so no social media posts about the car now till its finished so might be a bit of a surprise when its done. haha
