Mk1 Van 3.2 V6

Hey everyone, 

I'm a new member and I've just purchased what I can't believe is only my 2nd mk1 ever, and is a total restoration so I am on the look out for a good bodyshop. 

I've been into vw and Audi's for about 26 years now and have owned a lot , mostly mk2's . 

The car came with a lot of parts I won't be using and you may of seen some of my for sale posts. I'm going down the 3.2 v6 route and I'm probably going to go with a shade of green that's not quite decided yet . I do like salsa and Porsche Irish 

I haven't done a build thread for nearly 15 years so if it's a bit odd I do apologise. I've finally managed to get into our project workshop ( my brother is doing a beetle) so I thought I'd take some photos as I go along .

Great choice  . Any questions give me a shout re the v6  .

Are you going to keep it as a van? I guess van's are pretty rare. I haven't seen any around personally.

Yep it's definitely staying as a van, Its amazing how many people say they have never seen a van version of the mk1 . 

I've been reading your build thread on yours and it's been very helpful
