Had a mate over at the weekend to help sound proof the interior. I used 4mm silent coat on the vertical sections and 2mm on the floor.
Then to finish off used Luxury liner pro.
Tonight i sprayed on some more epoxy to seal the areas I sanded. At the weekend I will finish final spots and move on to high build

Thanks for all the kind words chaps.
Bit of a slow down recently, the grey epoxy I sprayed on seems to have softened in places after spraying polyester filler. The products were from the same company and were compatible but I believe the Xylene thinners caused the issues. Anyhow it's starting to harden now which is the main thing but this is how it looks now.

Soaked in rust remover to start
Then brass wire wheel
Then back in the rust remover solution for the night

Sorry for the lack of updates, I thought I'd save them up as there's only a certain amount of paint drying pics I can show before you lose interest Oh warnings ahead there are pictures of paint drying Gave the calipers and carriers
another soak in Bilt Hamber Deox C
I gave them a further soak and left them for 24 hours then rinsed them off and used POR 15 metal ready to neutralise and zinc phosphate coat them until I get round to painting them.
Ordered up a full caliper and carrier rebuild kit including new pistons

So I'm nearly there now.
I have primed everywhere a couple times and seam sealed where required.
I put Upol Gravitex stone chip on Friday which came out better than I expected. Will do one last prime and flat down tomorrow.
Tuesday this week everything will be body colour
