Now that is different!  Is it a USA import?  Love the rear bumper and the front and rear grilles, trying to think of the company that did the spoiler and the side skirts, remember seeing them in an early 80's accessory catologue called "Carnosieur" or somthing like it.  Not sure if they were by Richard Grant.  I saw some pictures of a black tintop fitted with them with alloys similar to the XR2

Love that grill

Wow that's cracking, I love it!

Always nice to see something different to the norm, especially when it works!! I like what you've done to the boot lid

Well my plan was to build something different so thanks for the positives

I think out of all the mk1's the cab is the hardest to modify …. Without just going down the fancy wheels ,lowering and a debadged grill look

The car started out as a clipper ( all red model )

The Front splitter is a RGA one ( RICHARD GRANT )

Everthing else I made .

The side skirts  are actually two clipper sills

The black golf you mentioned was built for the wolfrace owner by nick butler , Who also built one of my favourite show rod's ''REVENGE ''

The wheels were wolfrace Sonic's

The interior is all red seats ,doorcards ,carpet
