I like the detailing that's going on to all the bits. I have a small block in my Derby. Are you planning to re-run the wiring too to clean up the bay a bit?

cheers mate yes im going to try tidy it up as best as I can

as you can see in the pictures up this page the rocker cover I had had quite bad damage from rust leaving it little dents. so I managed to find a refurbished one on crazy quiffs and is much better.

The EIS radiator I ordered was the wrong one. It wasnt a top fill.
 I found on ebay a brand new top fill radiator for £50 and I also got some stainless steel mounts and a stainless steel cover but that hasn't arrived yet
also a refurbished radiator fan mount holder

Also I have had some good feedback from the place my engine is getting sorted!
race pistons are on the way - the biggest it can be bored out to is about 1340cc this is because it is already a bored out version of the 1.1 small block
high lift cam
hardened valves and valve seats
lightened crankshaft and balanced
higher compression
unleaded conversion
polished ports
so the engine will be fully rebuilt and hopefully gain a few more horses

not really mate but have you got some pictures to see what grilles you have
