last weekend was collection day and what a day it was, now its just down to 500+ miles for run in before we can go full throttle. but it still put a missive smile on my face.

quick bite to eat and carry on driving. i forgot how knackering driving a mk1 is compared to a modern car.



restoshack had some shots done before i picked it up. this is the only one ive seen so far.

First drive out this year, I've been abit busy looking at houses and buying my first place. I was best man and asked to bring the car along for the day.

Last year there was a post asking for a white mk1 to be used as a wedding car. I was close to being finished so decided to offer my services. Soon after being back on the road I took a road trip to see if Kate wanted to use my car. This Saturday the date of the wedding came round. Other than some fun getting the dress in the car (I'm sure photos will follow) it was a great day. Just some photos I took outside the church. The photographer took some better ones I hope to get some time.
