Yeah it only ever had a basic wash its never seen some polish or wax thanks mate.

yeah 1.1 plas are to keep it 1.1 and keepit factory fresh. may change the engine after a few seasons to keep it fresh tho. was tempted to get a 1.3 for it now as its an easy swap and still small block.

I doubt i will be mate, its about an hour from me, so not too far, but im out friday night so doubt il be up early doors! you going to go?

Not much to update on really. I cleaned the garage out after the black MK1 went to the scrappy. Now shes tucked up nice and safe.

Bought these of ebay for £23



and my dad managed to knock me up an engine stand in 20 mins   were also desining a crane arm that will bolt on so we can lift the engine out and mount it on the stand in one process.
