how can i post on the car wanted

lhasadreams do you need a certain post count to be able to post in wanted section?

 im not wanting  to sell any thing! im looking to buy a car , im not moaning over the £20 pound - but i thort there mite be a some one who knows if there were  one  for sale . as for lenso cab - is that the clipper in oldham ? or is it another one ..
