VW Golf Clipper Auto

Hi, i have recently purchased a Clipper, its had a Weber carb fitted with manual choke and is running a bit rough. I can see the flange mount is badly split so thats my first job, if this doesnt solve the rough idle can anyone reccomend a VW specialist in the North West as close to Warrington as possible who can set the carb up. I have checked all the usual suspects, vacuum pipes etc.
