Mk1 re-wire

Hi I'm new to this forum and need a little help with my mk1 golf, I've had a few electrical problems and was wondering if anybody new how much of a job it is to completely rewire throughout and roughly how much it would cost as I think this would be my best option. Thanks SeanSean
