Newish User with mk1 van

Hi all, I say im a newish user as ive been using the site for over a year now more browsing than anything however I have never introduced myself or my yutty.. I have an 82 mk1 golf van.. Ive had it bout 2nd half years now just spent my time collecting parts and getting it ready for full resto project im going for what you might call an oem+++ look lol im only trying to use car parts from original cars but there will be lots of Porsche Bentley merceds audi components going into the car. im going to be completing the car with some of my mates one had a magazine featured mk1 jetta and the other has just finished an immaculate caddy so hoping to have big things from this.
