prise estimation

Hey Everyone! im completely new to this so sorry if im in the wrong place. I own a 1987 Mk1 golf 1.8 cabriolat GTI convertable, karmann version. Its in amazing condition for its age and ive done a lot of work to it. Ive fitted a new roof, new clutch, new break system, new rad, new fan, new head and gasket, and pretty much re done the electrical system. My question is what is the difference between a bog standard Mk1 convertable and the Karmann version? and how much is my car worth? ive been trying to do some research but im getting no where with the internet and i cant find the same exact make of mine being sold anywhere else. i need someone who know there stuff about dubs can anyone help?

Taken from wikipedia:
The Mk1 Cabriolet is of unibody construction built entirely at the factory of Karmann, from stamping to final assembly; Volkswagen supplied the engine, suspension, interior, etc. for Karmann to install.

So basically VW provided bits and Karmann built it. Its the same story with the mk3 cabriolet and beetle cabriolet etc :)
