Well glad to have the Rabbit back, seems to work fine. Not sure where the mysterious 6mm stud came from, but luckily no damage to pistons, or valves. Was up at 5:00 am at a lovely 64 degrees out. Decided to wash my car, and get the grease hand prints off. By 7:00 it was 71, by 7:30 it was 75.

Well its that really hot time of year. Expected to reach 115 in the shade this weekend. I know a few of you had planned a Vegas trip in June. Would be curious to hear how your trip went. Hopefully you were here in early June.

Was up at the crack of Dawn, and thought I would go for a ride. Drove out to Red Rock area before the heat of the day settled in. Enjoyed watching the Mountains slowly light up with early morning sun. Even my car color was effected by the light. This picture is before the sun made into the valley I was in. Note color of car and mountains.

Hazy Morning,
There are fires on Mt. Charleston. Smoke is collecting in the valley. It is very hot and dry out.
