I have just got my hands on a 90 cab gti. its a lovely dark blue and has noisy driveshafts/bearings but apart from that is quite tidy.
its my 5th golf but my first mk1, I also currently own a TDI Passat, a 63 notch back and a 72 bay deluxe.
previous rides include 3 x mk2 gtis a gt TDI, a 59 split, a 64 split and a 75 factory high top bay.
I need help

I'm just up the road from you in Stamford. We've been having a few regional meets lately which are starting to grow in popularity, although it's the Lincs region as I'm just in south Lincs.
The meets are typically at Newark or Lincoln but I like the excuse for a drive! You're welcome to come along
