Hello from Finland

Hello and welcome.
Wow 17 and your getting into the Golf stuff. Good work.
You have an early model too.
What plans do you have for the car?
Keeping it standard?

Yes please get some photos up. We love a good look at others cars.
There's plenty of knowledge on here so just ask away.

Cheers

i don"t really kno why i fell in love whit the shapes of an mk1 golf i saw my first couple years ago in the streets of tampere finland. I started do look up golf"s and watch videos about them. I have always been intrested of cars and the mechanical stuff then couple months ago i sell"d my moped and started to look golf"s just for fun. I mentioned it to my cousin and we went to see it up close and test drive it and i just fell in love. Okay there were problems passenger side frontwheel bearing was loose and the brakes were bad and the waterpumps bearing was end of the road but thats just little stuff and can be easily fixed so i bought it. And any body asking how much i paid its 1600 euros and the whole car kilometers are about 150000km. My plans for the car is it will be just a summer car  driven whit care because in finland the roads are salted in the winter so i dont want to rust the chassi. Lower it little bit not too much some wider wheels at first. My whole plan is i want to repaint the whole car but i am just a student so i cant afford it now and refurbish the interior to do an retro/futuristic remix.
