A Mk1 Newb

Hello everyone! This isn't my first post here, but for the past few years I've been experiencing the Mk2 Life and now that I've sold it I'm looking to actually finally get my hands on a Mk1.

I've got a build on my mind, but I need to get hold of a car first obviously. I'll likely be looking an alpine white tin top, in mint (or near mint) condition. I'm going to try and build it similarly to my mk2, but probably with a 9a, KR or ABF engine on ITBs.

I'll be attending the AG on the Sunday, so look forward to meeting some of you, seeing all your cars and getting some ideas.
