well im not camp but as a club we can all camp together depending on what time people get there would be a good idea to have a flag or banner so the late arrivals friday night can see where everyone is :wink:

AFAIK club camping is in the area marked "club camping" on the map. The club stands are near/same place as the club camping. The left hand side of the strip is now fully tarmac covered and I think there will be lots of large trucks etc since they're putting on a bit of a show with proper dragsters (Top Fuel, etc).

I'm taking the entire stock of merchandise the club has (2 boxes of it). There's no stickers and also, no new stock since Gaydon (I know some size and colour combinations of the T-shirts weren't available, etc).

Is anyone interested in helping me out on Saturday and Sunday, 'manning' the stall? I should be around and about Satuday, but Sunday is RWYB day so a lot of the time I'll be on the track. If there's not a strong demand, another way is I'll leave a note saying I can sort out merchandise at certain times of the day, etc.

Another favour to ask…… a number of us are on the strip that day (dub76, wooders, cabriaulait, me (paul_c), bens_cab, ant5), a really handy thing is if we have a 'spotter' in the crowd who can ring us on the mobile shortly after the run and feed us the 1/4 mile times. It means we get the feedback from the run just done and we can simply drive round again to queue for the next run, rather than having to stop and try to pick up the timing slips, etc….

i wont be going down the strip due to slipping clutch so can help out as necessary

I won't be going down the strip due to the fact I'd majorly embarrass myself, in my stock 70 HP 1.5 GX

I'm now 100% sure I'm going to the show, so I'll see you when you turn up.  I'll be there from early on, I think - probably arrive at noon.

If anyone's after a Haynes Mk1 mug or bag we'll have them at the show.  Limited supplies but if we run out, we can post one out to you if you pay and leave your address.
