Dear Exhibitor
This letter is confirmation that we would like to have your show vehicle inside at Ultimate Dubs 2013 and
have provided some general details for you below. Please note you have to bring your vehicle on
Saturday 9th March (set-up day) ready for the main show day on the Sunday.
A Vehicle Pass , which you need to hang on your Rear View Mirror for when you arrive at the venue on
the 9th March, will be posted to you end of February.

Venue address - Telford International Centre, St Quentin Gate, Telford, Shropshire. TF3 4JH.
Direction to the venue can be found on our website www.ultimate-dubs.co.uk and the venue will be
signposted from all major routes.

The Judging of Show Vehicles will take place on Saturday 9th
between 4pm & 8pm or once you have finished
Cleaning / Detailing your car.

General Information / Terms & Conditions
All Show & Exhibitor Vehicles in the halls are to have minimum fuel within the tank (red
line) due to the Fire Regulations.
 All Show & Exhibitor Vehicles must be in the halls between 9.00am and 6.30pm on
Saturday 9th March, ready for the Main Show Day on Sunday 10th March.
Please arrive as early as possible.
We remind you that the insurance of all vehicles is the responsibility of the owner and not the
organiser or the venue.
All Exhibitors must remain in the Exhibition Halls until 5.00pm on Sunday 10th March, but must be
out of the halls by 6.00pm.
The organisers accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to property.
No animals allowed on site.
Accomodation is the responsibility of the exhibitors. Contact us if you wish to book on-site
accommodation.
 The distribution / sale of food and drink is not permitted on site.
 Please take notice of event stewards at all times.

I was going to come up on Sunday for this but now am coming up Saturday too as I'm trailering someone's car there for them.
Will be good to catch up after what seems like a long winter
