Dub-Mania - Club Camping & Show @ Weston Park June 6-7th

Situation driving me NUTS for the weekend !!!!! Everything changing by the minute, listen. Got the camping pass in the post today    Problem is that Friday i am getting the overnight train to DUNDEE !!! YES DUNDEE !! to collect Nik Naks 5 dr. The plan is for me to drive it the 350 miles back to the event and meet the better half there  8O  can we have two cars in ?? Worst case scenario, neither of us will make it cause i'm stuck in an oily puddle on the motorway  ( THIS CAR WAS WON ON FLEA BAY FOR ?511.11 !!!! )or we'll both be there !!! Hope to see you all at the show, i'll be the one with MASSIVE bags under my eyes !!! LOL !!  

The Painting man will also be coming with us Gammy.Can you put him down for the camping.

a lot of thought mate - but we currntly dont have a merchandise manager so its a tad difficult - but we'll be havinga  pre show sale very very soon!!! keep an eye out on the merchandise area for more details..

I can bring samples tho if anyone wants to look prior to ordering

Yes you can have 2 cars on the stand  :wink: , I'm still waiting for the additional passes to be sent to me, when they do arrive I'll post one out to you  :mrgreen:

got a pass through the door, hook style - thought ah great that sample I've ordered is here - i've ordered a few samples for our show -

but it had no reference in it as to where it was from..

i'm now a maybe baby…

replaced an outer cv joint yesterday thinking it was the cure to the knocking sound that had developed, but no. i'm guessing its a wheel bearing, more $$$, more time… its not condusive to paying my way to the show.

…and i just quit my job.

Have you looked to see if your drive shaft is fouling the chssis leg now your nice n low…. mine does, but only on big bumps..

job - quit- whats going on there - be good to catch up tho mate if you coming over - i might even have some spare quorn for ya… lol

Will you be heading up the m40 - m6?

if so let me know and you can meet up with us just on the m6 if ya want?

yeah im on junction 11 (banbury) on the m40 so will be heading up from there, yeah sounds good to me

We'll be meeting at J3 of the m6 about 12ish if you wanna convoy, there's some talk of going down the A5 for a nicer journey instead though if you're game for that?

Bad news… Well kind of.. I'm still coming..

But might not be in the mk1..


Had a cracking day out today untill the M40 - bit of traffic - cracked radiator - ok could fix - lost lots of water - bearings gone in water pump - plus developed a really really bad case of in car petrol fumes..

So looks liek I'll either have to come up in my passat and park with the passay owners club or scrounge a mk1 from someone..        

either way I'm still coming and will come and camp on the stand with you guys - sorry chaps -

well was going to leave between 11am - 12pm so i can make it up to J3 of the M6 easy enough for 12pm shouldn't take me long to get there, you coming past my way then lawsy? if so i can meet you on route to the meet up

i'm stuck at work in reading till 5.30      

but looskliek now I wont be in the mk1 either..
